不是
as soon as possible意思：儘快，as soon as +形容詞adj 表示像……一樣快的
而虛詞是沒有實際意義的詞，虛詞包括介詞、連詞、冠詞、感嘆詞等四類
as ... as possible，當然是比較結構。第一個 as 是參與比較的程度副詞，第二個 as 是比較連詞，引導（省略成分的）比較從句。
I will come as soon as possible. 我儘可能早來這裏。
在 possible 之前省略了 it is，一般是不需要添加的。
如:
I will come as soon as it is possible.
在 it is possible 中，it 指你來這件事，這個情況。it is possible 還可以用 I can 表示：I will come as soon as I can.
舉一反三，以此類推：
You must make the houses as strong as possible. 你應該把房屋建得儘可能結實。
I'd like to see you as early as possible. 我想要儘早見你。
I want to clear my debts as quickly as possible. 我想把我的債務儘快還清。
