although釋義是“雖然，儘管”，even though釋義是“即使”。
although可置於句首（此時多用逗號和主句隔開），也可置於句末，是正式用語。
even though引導讓步狀語從句，引導的是已成事實的事情，although也可以引導讓步狀語從句。
例：He will not tell the secret even though he knows it.

②even能和though組合表示強調，但even不能和although組合。因此，不能說even although，在這裏even though=even if(no matter if though即使……也……)
