區別在於：
①二者意思不同：
on stock的意思是在股票
而in stock的意思是有存貨，有庫存，在儲存中
②二者用法不同
on+stock一般不單獨使用，on是一個介詞，通常表示在…，前面再加名詞與stock相連，如effect on stock等，而in stock是固定搭配，可以單獨使用。
例句：That means that their effects on stock trading—if there are any—should be seen easily.
這意味着（日，月）食對股票交易的影響（如果有的話）肯定能很容易地看出來。
The slump on Wall Street set up a chain reaction in stock markets around the world.
華爾街股價暴跌在全球股票市場上引起了連鎖反應。
意思都是表達存貨。但on stock側重現貨，in stock側重有存貨
