不的首字母大寫

在英語中“不”是no，用於回答一般疑問句和反意疑問句時需要大寫首字母。另外當no放於句首時也需要大寫首字母。如：-Is he from Canada? -No， he isn't.

如果no不是位於句首當然不需要大寫首字母，如：There are no students in the classroom now.
