1、用法上的區別
whether…or裏whether表示一種選擇，其後可以跟介詞短語或不定式短語。
whether…or not裏whether可用來引導名詞性從句，即主語從句、賓語從句、表語從句和同位語從句。
2、意思上的區別
whether…or：是…還是…表判斷。
whether…or not：是否，會不會。
3、舉例：
Whether you realize that or not.
不論你認識到沒有。
I will pick it up to have a look whether it's worth or not.
我會撿起來看它是不是真錢。
whether he can come or not is a mistery.
他能不能來還是個謎。
Whether，意思是是否，後面跟句子，whether or not意思也是是否，後面跟句子。或者把短語拆開，就是把or not放在句子的後面
