although释义是“虽然，尽管”，even though释义是“即使”。
although可置于句首（此时多用逗号和主句隔开），也可置于句末，是正式用语。
even though引导让步状语从句，引导的是已成事实的事情，although也可以引导让步状语从句。
例：He will not tell the secret even though he knows it.
区别就是两者意思是不一样，具体的不同如下

②even能和though组合表示强调，但even不能和although组合。因此，不能说even although，在这里even though=even if(no matter if though即使……也……)

即使我们付得起这笔钱，也不出国度假。
